Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return an item, please email contact@zpawpets.com and we will gladly provide a 100% refund on all unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase. For opened items there will be a 20% restocking fee. 

ZPAW is not responsible for any shipping and handling charges. 

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective
In the event that your shipment is damaged, incorrect, or defective please email us immediately for a resolution at contact@zpawpets.com.  and wait for an shipping instructions. 

Discounts and Promotions
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied to the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
